After graduating at Stellenbosch, Pieter Willem worked at KWV and then started his own Financial Services business. He was later Managing Director of Theron du Plessis Brokers in Cradock, his home town. He was a founding member of PSG Konsult and later filled the position of Chief Operations Officer at PSG Konsult Head Office in the Cape. He retired from PSG in 2007, moved to Port Elizabeth and started PWM Financial Management as the founder member.

Orelia completed her B Accounting degree at the University Stellenbosch in 2006. She started her career as an accountant at Andrag Agrico and then entered the financial services industry as a trainee financial planner at PSG Konsult in 2008. During her time at PSG she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP), and joined PWM Financial Management in March 2009 as Financial Planner. Orelia is also a member of PWM Financial Management.
